Welcome to iDOFF (operated by Magnus Media Nigeria LTD / IDOFF Technologies). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iDOFF platform, products, services, mobile applications, NFC-enabled smart devices, and website (collectively referred to as "Services").
By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using any iDOFF product or service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
- User/You – Any individual, business, or entity using the Services.
- iDOFF, We, Us, Our – iDOFF Technologies and its parent/subsidiary companies.
- Account – Your registered profile on the iDOFF platform.
- Smart Product – Any NFC/QR-based device including Cards, Wristbands, Wristwatches, Tabletops, Stickers, and other connected devices.
2. Eligibility
To use iDOFF Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Not be restricted by applicable law from entering agreements.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and suspend accounts that violate eligibility terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must:
- Provide accurate and verifiable information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login details.
- Notify iDOFF of unauthorized account access.
iDOFF is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized or compromised accounts due to user negligence.
4. Use of Services
Users agree to use iDOFF Services for lawful purposes only and shall not:
- Upload fraudulent, harmful, or misleading information.
- Attempt reverse engineering, bypass security features, or disrupt the system.
- Use the platform for spam, abuse, or harassment.
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
5. Digital Business Profile, Data Storage & Usage
iDOFF provides users the ability to create and share:
- Digital Business Profiles
- Media Files
- Links to Social Pages, Products, or Business Information
- Event or Ticketing Pages
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant iDOFF a non-exclusive license to store, host, display, and distribute content necessary for platform operation.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
iDOFF offers:
- Free accounts
- Paid subscriptions
- One-time purchase smart products
Prices may vary based on country or currency.
6.1 Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing iDOFF Technologies. We aim to ensure an excellent experience for every customer. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may apply.
By purchasing or using iDOFF products or services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Overview
iDOFF offers:
- Digital Business Profile Services
- Subscription Plans (Freemium, One Month, 6 months and One Year subscription Plan for iDOFF Digital Business Profile.
- NFC-enabled Smart Products (Cards, Wristbands, Watches, Tabletops, Stickers, etc.)
- Event Management, Ticketing & Digital Tools
Refunds may apply only under specific conditions as listed below.
2. Digital Subscriptions & Software-Based Services
Because digital services and subscriptions provide instant access to features, tools, and digital infrastructure:
All subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
This applies to:
- Monthly and annual plans
- Upgrades, renewals, promotions
- Add-on features and automation services
However, users may:
- Cancel auto-renewal at any time
- Continue using the service until the subscription period ends
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
3. Smart Products (Physical Items)
Refunds for physical smart products apply only under the following conditions:
3.1 Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects within warranty period
To qualify, the customer must:
- Submit a request within 7 days of delivery
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide a photo/video of the issue
Once approved, iDOFF will either:
- Replace the item (preferred) or
- Issue a refund (only if replacement is unavailable)
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Products customized with user branding, name, or unique engraving
- Functional products that have been used
- Lost, misplaced, or damaged items after successful delivery
- Orders delayed due to courier, customs, or logistics
- Change of mind after purchase
4. Order Cancellations
4.1 Before Fulfillment
Orders may be canceled only if:
- They have not entered production or shipping stage
- No customization has started
Once processed for personalization or shipment, cancellation is no longer permitted.
4.2 After Delivery
Delivered and functional items cannot be canceled or returned unless covered under section 3.1.
5. Event Management & Ticketing Services
- For events that did not hold, Refund will be made for event ticket purchased.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact iDOFF first before filing a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of business profile access
- Withholding of future purchases
7. Multi-Currency and International Payments
Refunds, when eligible, will be processed:
- In the original transaction currency
- Minus payment processor, bank, or FX fee deductions (if applicable)
Exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable or adjustable.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 5–15 business days for Nigeria-based payments
- 10–30 business days for international or USD payments
Processing time is subject to your financial institution.
9. Return Shipping
For eligible item return:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the fault is from iDOFF.
- Returned items must include all accessories and packaging.
Failure to return the complete product may reduce or void refund eligibility.

7. International and Multi-Currency Pricing
Some iDOFF products may be priced in

8. Delivery of Smart Products
Delivery time varies by country. iDOFF is not responsible for third-party logistics delays but will support tracking and dispute resolution processes.
9. Event, Ticketing, and Business Tools Usage
Users are solely responsible for compliance with:
- Local business laws
- Tax obligations
- Event permits and compliance
- Accuracy of ticketing, pricing, and event information
iDOFF acts only as a technology provider.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform features, brand names, logos, software, designs, and documentation remain the property of iDOFF Technologies.
Users may not:
- Copy, distribute, modify, or resell platform assets
- Claim ownership of platform technology or branding
11. Data Privacy & Security
User data is processed in compliance with NDPR, GDPR (where applicable), and other global data standards.
The Privacy Policy governs how data is stored and shared.
12. Third-Party Integrations
iDOFF integrates third-party applications such as:
- Payment processors
- Mapping tools
- Email and notification services
iDOFF is not responsible for service downtime or disputes caused by third-party providers.
13. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse platform systems
Users may also request account closure at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
iDOFF is not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruptions
- Cyberattacks beyond reasonable security control
- Third-party misuse of shared profile links
Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iDOFF, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with international compliance provisions where applicable.

iDOFF may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
